Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent. Over the course of kindergarten through 12th grade your will child will spend approximately 16,000 hours in the classroom.

Cumberland County Christian School is a school where God’s word is not banned from the curriculum but is the basis of it. There is no such thing as a “value neutral” education. Gordon Clark, a Christian philosopher and theologian said, “The school system that ignores God teaches its pupils to ignore God. PTC is a school where teachers ask their students to evaluate all they see in the world through the lens of scripture. Students become strong Christians by being taught Christian thinking not the other way around.
If we truly believe that our children are gifts of from the Lord, then we are responsible to train them according to His Word not only at home but at school.
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when your rise up.

We as a school are committed to partnering with you in raising your children to love God with all of their heart, soul, and mind. Our teachers have been called by God to teach these truths to your children every day in the classroom. It is our privilege to provide this unique education and continually seek God for direction in all areas of the school as we follow His vision for PTC, Providence treatment Center.
